Foogiano is reportedly on the run after burning off his ankle bracelet. The Georgia rapper, signed to Gucci Mane‘s 1017 imprint, is currently on probation for a 2015 burglary.
His legal troubles were only exacerbated earlier this month when the 27-year-old was detained for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Following his arrest, he was placed on an ankle monitor on December 14th, with his bond being set at $50,000. He was ordered not to leave Georgia.
However, after posting bail that same day, the ankle monitor died. By the time that the device came back online, authorities discovered that it was in Barrow County on the side of a highway and had been burned off. A warrant was issued for Foogiano, and his bond has since been revoked.
Foogiano is widely known for his hit single, “Molly,” which has impressively attracted nearly 54 million views.
Since it was first reported on Wednesday, December 23rd by The Herald Journal, his whereabouts remain unknown.
