Ray J and Princess Love Calls Off Divorce Giving Marriage Another Try

Ray J and Princess who exchanged vows in August 2016 share two children together, 2-year-old Melody and 1-year-old Epik Ray.

After going through a massive falling out last year that led both singer Ray J and his wife Princess Love to file for divorce are not giving up. The ‘Love and Hip-Hop Hollywood’ couple has called off the divorce and is giving their marriage another try.

According to LA Superior Court documents, Ray J dropped the divorce case against his wife, after he filed for divorce in September 2020. It was Love who filed for divorce first in May 2020 but later dropped the case in July after she and the “One Wish” singer got back together.

Last month Ray did an interview with TMZ stating that he and Princess are in a good space. He talked about his recent plans to move to Miami and how he does not plan on going back to LA anytime soon.

Since they uttered the words “I Do” Ray and Love’s marriage has been on a rocky slope. Love reached her breaking point back in 2019 when the 40-year-old was accused of abandoning his 8-month-pregnant wife and daughter, Melody, in Las Vegas following the BET Soul Train Awards. The reality tv couple tried to reconcile by discussing the problems in their marriage in a live four-part television special ‘Ray J and Princess: The Conversation’ which premiered on Zeus Network March 2020.

Currently, Ray J can be seen on Vh1’s ‘Love and Hip Hop: The Reunion’ with other cast members of the franchise including Trick Daddy, Apryl, Karlie Redd, Lil Scrappy and others from Miami, Hollywood, New York and Atlanta. The Raycon founder did not have Princess by his side like some of the married couples who were present with their other half, like Lil Scrappy & Bambi and Yandy & Mendecees.
