Tierra Whack Drops Stylish New Single “Walk The Beat”

Tierra Whack brings the bounce to the fashion runway in her latest single “Walk The Beat.” Known to be out of the box creative with her music and with her fashion, Tierra gives her fans a soundtrack to strut their stuff.

Philly’s own Tierra Whack, blew the world away when she dropped her 15 song, 15 minute long album, Whack World, in 2018. It was short and sweet and, most importantly, the most creative project released that year. She proved that she could create something drastically different in the world of copycats. She has released a variety of songs and videos over the past couple years and has since left the one minute song format behind. This latest single might finally give fans a taste of a possible future album.

Produced J Melodic, “Walk The Beat” immediately hits with an infectious bass line. Along with its upbeat tempo, this track teeters the line between house music and pop. A feeling of pure confidence only super models possess pulse through Tierra’s voice on the hook. With the right confidence, anyone can wear anything. This track is Tierra’s version of Outkast’s “So Fresh, So Clean.” As talented as she is at singing, she doesn’t disappoint with her bars. She raps,

Alexander Wang with that Helmut Lang / Ghetto fab so I’m still eatin’ chicken wings / Versatile so I can keep switchin’ lanes / I got plenty Janes, I got plenty rings

Just as creative on the mic as she is with her own fashion style, Tierra Whack finally found a way to mix the two worlds together, and it couldn’t have been executed better.
